Nitrogen Booster Units (NBU)

To charge Nitrogen gas (N2) for hydraulic accumulators, there are 2 ways:
1. Directly connect the nitrogen bottle to the hydraulic accumulator. This method is only applicable for low pre-charge pressure, usually less than 100 bar, because the maximum nitrogen bottle pressure is 140 bar, and is wasteful (because nitrogen bottle is still gas).
2. Use an booster device between the nitrogen bottle and the hydraulic accumulator to increase the nitrogen pressure to a desired value.
We have researched, manufacture and innovation to market Nitrogen Booster Units (NBUs) to serve the needs of filling nitrogen for hydraulic accumulators up to a pressure of 1000 bar. Equipment for high maneuverability, cost savings and loading time compared to many other devices currently on the market.
